Sector Training offers a wide range of in-house training courses and development programmes. These can be delivered as standard 'off-the-shelf' packages or can be customised to match your requirements. Most Sector Training courses can also be delivered in your college or preferred location.

• Essential Skills for Support Managers: 5 day programme of 3 modules; modules available separately or in any combination

• Managing for Excellence: A series of 1-day modules; available individually or in any combination

• New FE Managers Development Programme: 2-day course which can also be offered as a 1-day course based on selected topics
• Practical Management Skills: 2-day programme focusing on the aspects of management that often make the most difference
